As the video made its rounds online, viewers weighed in on all aspects of Raygun’s performance, from her stage name and outfit to her overall showing on the Olympic stage.

"I could live my whole life and never create anything as funny as Raygun, the 36-year-old Australian Olympic breakdancer," one user commented.
"Never watched breaking before, but I can already tell Raygun doesn’t stand a chance in this event," another added.
"Raygun breaking looks like 5-year-old me showing my mom, 'Look what I can do,'" a third user quipped.
Despite the performance, some users praised the Australian for her confidence and bravery, though they didn't shy away from critiquing the Olympic-level quality.
"Props to Raygun for having the guts to go out there," one user suggested. "But this was the most secondhand embarrassment I've ever felt."
"Raygun from Australia is actually my Olympic hero," another added.
Meanwhile, a sixth user wrote, "Raygun, I'm sure you're a sweet lady, but man," followed by a laughing-crying emoji.
Raygun ended the group round robin with a 0-3 record, facing off against Team USA's Logistx, as well as Syssy and Nicka from Lithuania.
According to her Olympic profile, Raygun has a background in jazz and ballroom dance. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Contemporary Music in 2009 and a PhD in Cultural Studies in 2017 from Macquarie University in Sydney.
In addition to her athletic pursuits, Raygun also works as a university lecturer.
