1. You Own Your Work
At ArticlePaid, we firmly believe that creators should be empowered, not exploited. You retain all copyright, moral rights, and intellectual property ownership over the original articles, opinions, short stories, and book manuscripts you publish on our platform.
Publishing with us does not mean you give up your rights. You are entirely free to publish your work on personal blogs, traditional publishing houses, or competing platforms simultaneously.
2. The License You Grant Us
In order for ArticlePaid to host, format, and display your writing to readers globally, we require a standard operational license. By posting content to ArticlePaid, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:
- Publish, host, and store your content on our servers.
- Distribute and display your work to users across our web platform and mobile applications.
- Modify or adapt your content strictly for technical formatting purposes (e.g., resizing images, formatting text for mobile screens).
- Promote your content on our homepage, in curated newsletters, and across ArticlePaid's official social media channels.
License Termination
This license exists only for as long as your content remains on our platform. The moment you delete your article, story, or book from ArticlePaid, this license is immediately terminated. (Note: cached versions may remain in search engines for a short period outside of our control).
3. Originality and Permitted Content
You may only publish content on ArticlePaid that you have entirely authored yourself or have explicit, legally documented permission to use. This includes text, photographs, illustrations, and book covers.
You are strictly prohibited from publishing:
- Content copied from other authors, journalists, or platforms without authorization.
- Translations of copyrighted works without permission from the original rights holder.
- Images or multimedia assets that are not public domain, royalty-free, or licensed to you.
4. ArticlePaid's Intellectual Property
While you own your written content, ArticlePaid owns the platform. The ArticlePaid name, logo, site design, algorithms, code, and trademarked features are our exclusive property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its software. You may not use our brand assets or logos in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our prior written consent.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for copyright infringement and plagiarism to protect the integrity of our monetization program.
ArticlePaid reserves the explicit and absolute right to remove, unpublish, or permanently delete any article, opinion piece, short story, or book from the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
If we discover that your content is stolen, plagiarized, or infringes on another party's copyright, it will be deleted immediately. Accounts engaging in intellectual property theft will face permanent termination and the forfeiture of any pending financial earnings.
