How ArticlePaid handles intellectual property rights and copyright infringement.

1. Respecting Intellectual Property

ArticlePaid respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to valid claims of copyright infringement committed using the ArticlePaid platform.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To request the removal of copyrighted content, you must provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written communication (preferably via email) that includes all of the following information:

3. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe your article, story, or book was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice. To be effective, your Counter-Notice must be a written communication sent to our Designated Agent containing:

If a valid Counter-Notice is received, ArticlePaid may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original reporting party files a court action against you.

⚠️ Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, ArticlePaid has adopted a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at ArticlePaid's sole discretion, authors and users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

ArticlePaid may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the platform, terminate the publishing accounts, and forfeit the pending Partner Program earnings of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
