03. Response & Counter-Notice
Upon receipt of a valid notice, ArticlePaid will act promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will also notify the freelance journalist or contributor responsible for the post.
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to the email above containing your contact details, the original URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts.
04. Repeat Infringer Policy
ArticlePaid reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. This is to protect the integrity of our freelance journalist association and ensure our readers receive only unique, human-generated intelligence.
