 2. Practice Mindfulness or Meditation:

Mindfulness is being fully present and engaged in the present moment. Meditation helps clear your mind and reduce anxiety.

 Use apps like Headspace or Calm.

 Start with just 5 minutes a day.

Repeat a calming word like "peace" or concentrate on your breath. 

3. Take a Walk in Nature

Being outside can significantly improve your mood and reduce stress. Your mind will benefit greatly from the fresh air, natural sights, and sounds. 

Try it out: 

Go for a 20-minute walk in a park or garden.

 Leave your phone behind or on silent.

 Focus on the beauty around you—trees, birds, clouds.

 4. Play soothing music:

Music can quickly shift your mood and help your mind slow down. Soft, instrumental music or nature sounds are especially soothing.

 Suggestions:

 

Rain sounds

 Ocean waves

 Soft piano or flute music

 

5. Disconnect from Screens:

Constant screen time can lead to mental fatigue. Take regular breaks from your phone, computer, and TV.

 Set a screen-free time:

 One hour before bedtime

 During meals

 In the morning after waking up

 6. Engage in a Hobby:

 Doing something you love, even for a short time, can bring deep relaxation.

 3. Cooking something simple.
