=Drink Luke warm milk.
=Don't use mobile once you're trying to sleep.
=Switch off your your rooms lights ,and also switch off your mobile phone as it causes disturbance during your sleep.
=Make sleeping schedule,you have to follow this schedule on daily basis,after following this schedule just by one week you will see the clear difference.
