Have you ever returned from a vacation with hundreds of photos on your phone, only to realize you barely looked at them again? We capture almost every meal, every sunset, and every famous landmark, hoping to preserve the memory forever. But sometimes, the more we focus on taking pictures, the less we actually experience the moment.

Are We Traveling Through a Screen?

It's become almost automatic. We arrive at a beautiful place, pull out our phone, take a few photos, maybe record a short video, and upload it to social media. Only then do we stop to enjoy the view.

I sometimes wonder how many amazing moments I've seen through my phone instead of with my own eyes.
