Exercise whenever you have 20–30 free minutes. It’s one of the best things you can do for your health. In Europe, the weather is cold for much of the year, and summer usually lasts only about two or three months. That’s why it’s important to stay active whenever you have the chance, regardless of the season.

When your routine changes, your mood changes with the weather, you have to do something new. You write well, you have a lot of articles, but if you write better and keep writing, you will feel good. I think this will be a good routine. Be patient.
