The Burden Of Memories Mind Refuses to Bear

The Burden Of Memories Mind Refuses to Bear
Have you ever wondered why some memories stuck in our mind, an empty smile, an unforgotten goodbye, an incomplete conversation or a voice we miss? This all comes from a past trauma, any incident or a heartbreak. We start forgetting and ignoring those memories not because they're unimportant, just because the heart and mind is tired of feeling the same pain again and again. every heart carries an untold pain, and fight a battle that world never knows.
These memories are like old scars. no matter how much time passes, they stayed with us forever to remind us the days we cried or the days we laughed. And when heart get sick of broken again and again, the mind is tired of handling the emotions, or maybe the tongue get tired of explaining too, here's where acceptance begins.                                                                                                                                                         People start accepting the reality, they understand that they have to carry their burden and move on. They go to work, they laugh with friends, engage with family, and suffers the pain inside just to live, but behind those fake smiles there are the memories that break them every time they think about them in silence. When the mind refuses to handle this burden it means it needs silence. the silence that trigger the mind to silently whisper to the heart," I beg you, let me die silently!".
Every heart suffers. Every mind fight a battle no one knows. And then every pain have cure. People starts healing when they get tired of enduring the pain they have fought with, but letting go doesn't mean to forget the past or assuming it doesn't matter. The past is the part of life not end of it. Yet, letting go is a very difficult thing a person can do with a broken heart. Overtime, pain don't disappear but it feel easy to carry. Sometimes hearts heal when they feel safe enough to put it down. The painful memories are those that are never shared, but it doesn't mean to suffer them alone.
Every heart get broken, because it has been enduring so much pain inside. Every memory stayed with us, they never fade away, but they teach us to live again. We locked every memory inside the heart just for the right time, right person, or right words to express them. We just wait for another chance, another conversation, and another day, and it takes too much time to understand that life never give us that opportunity. In the end we just have only one option left to survive (maybe just to die peacefully) to ignore everything. And then the mind refuses to carry the burden of your memories, heart stop beating for you, and your tongue speaking for you. And that's what we called The Art of Life.
