They are their skipper Shubman Gill, their Afghanistan star spinner Rashid Khan, and left-handed Tamil batter Sai Sudharshan. So the team is going with the same skipper Shubman Gill, as they don't want to lose their captain since when their former captain was released the team didn't perform well. On his debut to GT he took 19 wickets. the following season a whoping 27 wickets. his form started to choke from the previous season with 10 wickets in 12 matches.
