Serve hot with green chutney or yogurt. For extra crispiness, you can dip the rolls in gram flour batter before frying. You can store them in the fridge for one day and reheat before serving.

Tips and Variations for Perfect Cabbage Rolls:

To make your cabbage rolls even more delicious, always choose fresh and large cabbage leaves without cracks. If leaves tear while rolling, you can use two leaves together. For a healthier version, you can air-fry or bake them instead of deep frying in ghee. You can also add grated paneer, boiled peas, or sweet corn to the potato stuffing for extra flavor and nutrition. These rolls are rich in fiber from cabbage and protein from almonds, making them a wholesome snack for kids and adults. If you like extra tangy taste, squeeze some lemon juice on top before serving.
