Sunnah Food that is rich in protein plays a crucial role in improving brain health . Let's see how protein improves brain function.

Meat :


Narrated by Rafi’ Bin Khadij رَضِىَ اللّٰەُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ “We used to offer the Asr prayer with the Prophet ﷺ and slaughter a camel , the meat of which would be divided in ten parts . We would eat the cooked meat before sunset.” ( Sahih Al Bukhari 2485)

Fish :

It was narrated from Abdullah Bin Umar رَضِىَ اللّٰەُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ , ‘ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “ Two kinds of dead meat have been permitted to us, fish and locusts . (Sunan Ibn Majah 3218)

Broth :

It was narrated from Jabir Bin Abdullah رَضِىَ اللّٰەُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered that a piece from every camel that had been slaughtered be brought and placed in a pot , then they ate from its meat and drank some of the broth. ( Sunan Ibn Majah 3158)

Cheese :

Umm Hufaid رَضِىَ اللّٰەُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهَا gave some cooking fat , cottage cheese and mastigures to the Messenger of Allahﷺ and He ate some of the cooking fat and cottage cheese , but he did not ate the mastigures because He found them distasteful. ( Sunan An Nasai 4319)

Milk :

Allah’s Messenger ﷺ drank Milk , rinsed his mouth and said, “It has fat”. ( Sahih Al Bukhari 211)
